Carmel is a Psychotherapist, who understands that a person can only achieve total well-being when both the mind and body are operating at their optimum level. Her trainings are based on the principles of Postive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Carmel has pursued post-graduate training in Dietetics & Nutrition and also taught Yoga for many years. She is based in North Dublin with clinics in Skerries and Swords .

For the past eleven years this weight loss program has helped thousands of people achieve healthy and fast weight loss. This is done by teaching participants the psychology of permanent weight loss. Nowadays, we are bombarded by the media with information on diets, yet obesity continues to rise. In fact most people now have so much diet information that they could probably write a weight loss book themselves. The answer therefore cannot be simply to follow another diet.
Instead, the reason/s WHY we overeat must be addressed, otherwise the yo-yo syndrome of dieting/losing weight/re-gaining weight, commences all over again. While the course provides a weight loss diet, a weekly weigh in and weight loss tips, more importantly, you will learn powerful psychological tools for best weight loss. When you change your thoughts your behaviour changes automatically, and so the weight loss occurs in an easy and effortless way.
You will learn how to eliminate cravings, deal with emotional eating, end over-eating and take control of food, rather than food being in control of you.
